Development and financing of innovative activity in the Novosibirsk region

In the article the need of formation of complete system of the innovative legislation for unambiguous interpretation of the concepts "innovations" and "innovative activity" that is necessary for the solution of questions on forms and volumes of the state support of innovative activity is offered. Expected sources of financing of some long-term programs in the Novosibirsk region are considered. The need of strengthening of control of target use of the budgetary subsidies is noted.
