Corporate financial control during the stages of budget process

In the article different aspects of financial control on different stages of forming, approval and performing budget of the enterprise, and the ways for improving methods of control methods of control measures to improve the efficiency of the company are described. The procedure for updating the budget is defined and the role of financial control tools such as passports of commercial initiatives, operational forecasts, budget corrections' cards are revealed.
