Demand for commercial real estate in Russia remains now is steadily high. However the circle of used sources of the financing, often representing own means and bank crediting is rather limited. In the article possible sources of financing of developer projects are investigated. Their merits and demerits, and also the problems connected with attraction of this or that resource are defined.
