Assessment of balance of interests in corporate systems in transition economy

In the article the main approaches and instruments of regulation of the corporate relations are offered and proved. Different options of coordination of corporate interests, opportunities and restrictions of application of these options in practice are considered. Financial interests of subjects of corporate governance are estimated. Basic needs of participants of the market for receiving both material, and the moral income on the provided capital are considered. Reference dynamics of indicators of balance of interests is presented.
