Now there is a strengthening of processes of economic integration to increase in level and rates of financial integration in which the major direction are processes of association of economic subjects and capital centralization. The effect of integration makes association of various divisions mutually advantageous and economically effective.
     The assessment of efficiency of integration processes in the Russian Federation is carried out by a method of market approach on the basis of effect of a synergy.
