Post-crisis experience of placement of bonded loans in subject of the Federation (on example of the Sverdlovsk region)

It is traditionally considered that in the conditions of the post-crisis period of development of economy demand for tools of the financial market decreases. At the same time in the regions of the Russian Federation (including in the Sverdlovsk region) there is a positive experience of post-crisis placement of bonded loans. In the article parameters of loans 2011 and 2012 are specified, the reasons of successful placement are proved and the recommendations on a prospect are created.
