Improvement of financial adjustment models the value of companies within Russian mergers and acquisitions

In the article the problem of quantitative measurement of specifics of the Russian market of transactions of merges and absorption is considered.
     Author's coefficients of correction of cost of the Russian transactions of merges and absorption within a method of transactions are improved thanks to expansion of selection of transactions (on a time interval and addition of additional industries). Application of these coefficients of correction happens within a method of transactions (comparative approach), complexity of process of an assessment is recreated.
