The objective conditions of external economic environment had led to an understanding of significance of corporate financial control and the need for its transformation into account the needs of the company. This article describes different aspects of financial control of commercial activities, its nature, objectives, and specific features. In the article the classification of financial control of commercial activities for variety different aspects are presented.
