In a market economy, characteristic of modern Russia, the financial relations of households are the least susceptible to the influence of the administrative state. This means that a household can make their own decisions on the sources of income and the distribution of funds. An attempt is made to settle the average price of the vacation households in the Smolensk region, and to identify what proportion this represents of the total annual volume of paid services to the Smolensk region.
