Actions for ensuring energy security: world experience and Russian realities

In the article experience of ensuring energy security of industrially developed foreign countries is investigated and analysis showed that at the heart of management of energy security the national power strategy containing the analysis of modern situation in the sphere of consumption and production of fuel and energy. In the article for increase of power safety of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation, and also maintenance of high rates of economic growth realization of policy of increase of energy efficiency which has to become decisive in minimization of risk of shortage of energy is offered.
