In developed markets the corporate growth is unconditional dominance of the most competitive companies, formulated in management regulations. The growth strategy in Russia is rarely formalized at the corporate level, however, the potential for growth - an important factor in the investment attractiveness of companies. In the article the theoretical aspects of corporate growth, approaches to its measurement and features of the dynamics of development of Russian companies are considered.
