In the article the basics of the organization and modern features of budget performance by bodies of the Federal Treasury are considered. The departmental and functional structure of expenses of the federal budget is studied. The main sources of the income of the budget are revealed. Movement of means on personal accounts of state funded organizations is investigated. The problems of cash budget performance are revealed and ways of their decision are defined.
