Ways of increasing stability of federal budget

In the article issues of stability of the federal budget are considered. The modern format of balancing of the federal budget, role of conditionally approved expenses by drawing up its project is analyzed. The ways of increase of management efficiency are defined by the state guarantees of the Russian Federation. Monitoring of quality of the financial management which is carried out at federal level is characterized.
