In the article methodical approaches to justification of values of indicators for monitoring of financial and economic activity of the organization are offered. The mechanism of application of PHI balance is given at development of the system of criteria values of indicators. The considered technique is based on system approach and allows to develop criteria values of economic and financial performance of activity of managing subjects.
