In the article tendencies of change of the main indicators of real and financial sectors of economy of Russia as a result of change of an environment of the world markets of hydrocarbon raw materials are considered. Dependence of investment activity, the income and expenses of the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation, inflation and exchange rate of ruble to US dollar from dynamics of prices of oil and a previous trajectory of development of national economy are studied. Scenario forecasts of development of economy of Russia for two-year prospect are under construction.
