Modern practice of organization of state (public) purchases in the Federal treasury's divisions: financial aspect

In the article the research of financial aspects of the practice of public purchases in the Russian Federation' Federal Treasury (Division of in the Sverdlovsk region) is offered. The costs planning order is studied, also the analysis of indicators of the declared cost and the prices of really signed contracts; are provided the data about the ways of conclusion of the contracts is carried out.
