Building multi-level stock market in China

In the article construction process in China the multilevel stock market consisting of exchange and off-exchange segments is analyzed. Opening at Shenchzhensky stock exchange of two specialized exchange markets - the market of medium-sized and the SME small companies and the market of the growing innovative companies ChiNext became an important stage. Existing off-exchange systems are characterized by low level of liquidity and insignificant volume of transactions.
