Goal of the current health-care reform is to improve the nation's health by improving the accessibility and quality of health care, preventive maintenance and the development of healthy lifestyles. In this article the Russian pharmaceutical market and performance indicators pharmaceutical manufacturing operations are considered. It is concluded: to improve policy effectiveness you need to use all the financial, material and personnel resources of this area.
