The assessment of non-financial bank risks is becoming increasingly important. Thus the techniques of an assessment offered by Bank of Russia, not always are perfect. In the article current state of techniques of an assessment of the operational risk, offered by Bank of Russia, and also the additional techniques necessary for drawing up the objective administrative reporting of the credit organization is considered.
