Financial forecasting as management tool by rail in unsteady economic environment

The article is devoted to a problem of realization of financial forecasting in the conditions of increase of uncertainty of the economic environment. The factors defining requirements to financial forecasting on railway transport are allocated. The approach to the financial forecasting which will allow to increase efficiency of financial planning and controllability level production and financial and economic processes in this sector of economy is offered.
