Influence of Basel III standards to Russian banking sector

The crisis phenomena in a world banking system accurately had shown a problem of effective regulation of bank activity for the purpose of minimization of bank risks. Now topical issue for the banking sector is application of the international standards Basel III. In the article on the basis of information from open sources influence of standards on assets and liabilities of the Russian banks is analyzed, the conclusion is drawn on readiness of the domestic banking sector for application of rules Basel by III, the ways of achievement of standard indicators are offered.
