Economic feasibility of utilization size collection, introduced in Russia from September 1, 2012 on imported foreign cars, it is questionable In the article the optimal size of the collection of utilization, as well as the measures of tax incentives for environmental safety in the disposal of cars and upgrade the country's fleet are calculated.
