In the article the issues of regulation of the Russian market of corporate bonds for development of a number of theoretical and practical recommendations are investigated: in the field of the legislation, infrastructure recommendations, the recommendations concerning procedure of placement of bonds and the recommendation, mentioning trade in bonds. The conclusion that implementation of the considered recommendations will promote further development of the market of corporate bonds in Russia is drawn.
