The higher school of Russia at the stage of reforming experiences the serious difficulties of financial security caused by the most economic essence of the budgetary sector of economy in which market mechanisms don't provide rational distribution of resources. The offered methods of financial innovations in the educational sphere can be widely used in practice as for the current, daily financing, and for calculations of the necessary volumes of investment into "production" and realization of educational services.
