Project management based on continuously informed about the earned value

In the article the model of adoption of administrative decisions is presented during implementation of the project which monitoring of works is carried out according to a method of the mastered volume (earned value method). The area of applicability of model is established and shown for management with the aims to follow the project plan, use of information of two types - as about size of the actual deviation from the plan, and size of growth rates of creation of cost of a product is necessary.
