Problem of multi-channel financing of the higher school

In the article it is proposed for consideration some of the options to improve the situation in the sphere of financing of the education system. In the framework of the given problem a special attention is paid to improvement of the financial mechanism of the education system, the identification of mechanisms of co-investment from the budget and from private and borrowed funds, describing features and tendencies of development of higher professional education in conditions of state-private partnership. It is proposed the methodological approach for reforming the mechanism of financing of the educational activity.
