The issue of modernization of budgetary and tax system is becoming increasingly important in aspect of problems of the general strategic course of updating of the Russian economy and its budgetary and the tax system. Modernization and innovative development in the post-crisis period have to be considered as the necessary content of transformational process in its perspective vision.
