In the article the analysis of problems of pricing of exchange products in B2B sector is carried out. Based on this algorithm investigated the pricing of the end product, the composition and structure of costs, optimization of pricing trends. It is concluded that the effective cost management, procurement, logistics, and sales maintains competitiveness and implementation of corporate strategy.
