The financial analytics forms a basis for decision-making on realization of financial and economic policy of the state. First of all it is necessary to carry out the logical and epistemological analysis of the main conceptual chains connected with domination of the financial capital. In the article the substantial party of the main concepts of the global financial capital is opened and the quantitative calculations explaining such domination are provided.
