Efficiency of models of a prediction of bankruptcy on a sample of the Russian construction companies from 2000 to 2009 is investigated. The model is applied to testing taking into account possible risks. Authors concluded that look-ahead ability of analyzed models is low, and the probability of bankruptcy is influenced by some factors.
