Centralization experience in insurance companies "ROSNO" and "Zurich"

This article describes experiments centralizing business processes of the two largest insurance companies in Russia - "Zurich" and ROSNO. The main "pluses" of the centralized model of an insurance company lie in regulation of implementation of decisions, the ease of coordination of low-level subsystems. Among the "cons" are lack of flexibility, high vulnerability and the dependence on the strategy chosen by the top-management of the "center". The differences in the current models show that there are no uniform solutions on the market, each moving his way.
