In the article the main features of formation of the national financial market are considered, stages of its evolution are allocated. The problems of development of a share segment of the financial market are analyzed. Influence of development of real sector of economy on dynamics of stock market of the Russian Federation is defined. Insufficient social efficiency of development of the national financial market is proved. The main tendencies of formation of the national financial market of its main segments are defined.
