In the work optimizing models of management by limited resources of the industrial enterprises in various production situations are considered: formation of a portfolio of purchases of material raw material resources, extension of the nomenclature of production, enterprise reshaping. The approach to the analysis of stability of the production programs received during the decision is offered.
