Business development in Russia demands as much as possible an effective using of resources of the company. In these conditions controlling can become the effective tool of revealing of possibilities of increase of profitableness. Controlling allows, on the basis of an estimation of risks and plans on their minimization, to define management priorities according to the organization purposes. In the article the issues of influence of risks on development of administrative decisions is especially actual in the conditions of actable Russian economy are considered. The conclusion is drawn on minimization of consequences of risks is possible only at effective controlling.
