Methodological approaches for assessing the level of financial security of municipalities

In the article the methodical approaches to an assessment of level of financial security of the municipalities, based on author's structuring and group of the budget income of municipalities are considered. The concept "financial security of local government" which it is expedient to allocate own, "directly own", located and cumulative income of local budgets locates. The proposals on increase of level of financial security of municipalities are considered.
