Non-state pension provision - conceptual device and evolution in the Russian Federation

Non-state pension provision is important element of modern pension system of the Russian Federation. Theoretical basis of functioning of this sphere is a concept "pension". In the article the results of research of scientific approaches to essence of the concept "pension", types of pension provision and also division into the periods of evolution of non-state pension provision since 1992 to the present are presented.
