Main directions of reform of the International Monetary Fund, taking into account of lessons of the global financial crisis

In the article the main directions of reorganization of organizational structure of the International Monetary Fund as institute of interstate currency and credit regulation in the conditions of modern world financial and economic crisis are considered. The main directions of reform directed on change of a ratio of quotas and voices of member countries for more adequate reflection of realities of modern world economy are systematized and analyzed.
