Arrears in the credit portfolio of commercial banks in Russia increased disproportionately increase credit debt. The Bank of Russia considers the credit risk as the existing problems in the banking sector, so mechanisms to improve the quality of loan portfolios of commercial banks, used in the Republic of Kazakhstan, are quite relevant.
