Reforming of local taxation in Russia: prospects of introduction of real estate tax

In the article the comparative analysis of the average per capita monthly income of the population and real estate cost in Russia counting on one square meter is carried out, and also elements of the property tax of individuals are considered. The possible sums of real estate tax to payment in the budget in comparison with the income of the population and the property tax of individuals for 2011 are given.
