Internal reserves for growth revenues of municipal budgets

The article is devoted to a problem of strengthening of profitable base of budgets of municipalities at the expense of own reserves. The experiment of the Russian municipalities on identification and realization of internal reserves of growth of profitable sources is investigated. The key directions of increase of the income in local budgets are offered.
