Sustainable development of territory taking into account interests of various target groups

The account and coordination of interests of the power, business and the population - a principle of public partnership is one of the main at the realization of sustainable development strategy of the territory. In the article it is shown that strategic management at municipal level has a number of features and the various forms power interaction with the population of the municipal area are allocated.
