In article attempt to open the main disproportions and contradictions of process of pricing in the financial and credit market is made, to prove the need of formation of state policy of the prices and to give the bases of design of effective state price and tariff policy as instrument of implementation of the concept of long-term social and economic development of Russia in the conditions of complexity and openness of the world economy
