In the article main units of system of operational management of safety of traffic (BDD) are defined, sections of this system are analyzed; the projected parameters are characterized. The conclusion that the concept of adaptability assumes BDD system consideration from the point of view of preservation and development, despite occurring changes is drawn. According to authors, the main source of adoption of administrative decisions in this sphere there are monitoring and analytics of number of the offered indicators.
