Features of factorial analysis of risk managements of innovative enterprises in conditions of modern business processes

The article is devoted to research of major factors of emergence of risks of the innovative companies in a modern business environment. The major tasks which are necessary for solving to the companies innovators for effective management of risks are allocated. The conclusion that for more productive innovative activity it is expedient to enterprises to reveal major factors of emergence of risks at any stage of implementation of the project and that the factorial analysis plays a paramount role in risk management of such companies is drawn.
