This article is devoted to the organization of the cash the federal budget, the Department of Onega district office of the Federal treasury in the Arkhangelsk region. Bases of the organization and feature of budget performance are considered by bodies of Federal treasury. The departmental and functional structure of expenses of the federal budget is studied. Flow of documents of office is investigated and the analysis of return of payment orders is carried out. The problems of cash budget performance are revealed and ways of their decision are defined.
