Risk - focused approach to creation of system of financial management of FPG of poultry farming

Today the most important issues of financial management are its organizational and methodological aspects. In order to respond to business risks financial manager should consider entity's environment. In this work the universal scheme of risk-based financial mechanism building is presented. Authors analyze the scheme implementing in poultry production branch as an example.
