Stability assessment of borrowed funds to commercial bank account cash flow synchrony in formation of liquid policy

In the article the technique of stability assessment of the involved resources of commercial bank is considered in the development of liquidity policy. Feature of a technique is the application of the generalized risk indicator of variability of the involved resources taking into account coefficient of synchronism of cash flows of commercial bank.
