Features of financial management in multi-level companies

Due to the intensive development of the multilevel companies as in Russia, and abroad the problem of effective management of finance at different levels of multilevel structures got recently still a big urgency. In the article the concept of multilevel structure is given, the review of various types of holdings and features of financial management in them as work of financial service in the multilevel company is made, it is defined that one of the most important problems of management of finance is justification of volume of investments providing realization of strategic development.
