In the article the principles and features of bonded financing of the Russian managing subjects are investigated. On the results of research the conclusion that fundamental principles of bonded financing are scale, long term, flexibility (variability), publicity and liquidity is drawn. The features of bonded financing of commercial managing subjects are considered.
