Integrated productivity of use of labor force in the conditions of innovative economy (on an example of St. Petersburg, 2005-2011)

In article the problem of use of labor force in the conditions of innovative economy is considered. Complexity of the problem consists in an assessment of productivity of use of labor force, and integrated productivity. Indicators of such assessment are offered and dynamics of their components is analyzed: a share of persons with the higher education, taken in economy, efficiency of the developed vocational structure, productivity of activity of employment services. The solutions of the revealed problems are offered.
